Computer & Telephone Training Available
We are pleased to announce comprehensive in-house training programs to address our continuing need for training in Vista, Outlook 2007 and our new Cisco telephone system. Each session will be approximately one hour and will be offered twice each week. All programs will be offered Tuesdays at 10:00 AM and again Thursdays at 2:00 PM. Classroom locations will be announced at a later date.

Windows VISTA
Our initial offering will be on Windows VISTA. These workshops stress the individual’s use of the new Windows Vista Business edition used in the offices of Niagara University. Each topic will build on the previous workshop skills. Participants may start this sequence at any level if they are satisfied with their skills as discussed at the previous workshop

Office 2007
This set of workshops is more “question and answer” sessions directed toward participants who have a working knowledge of the XP Office Software but who need assistance I navigating the new Office 2007 software. The significant change between Office 2004 and Office 2007 reflects a philosophical change in Windows from the one dimensional “Menu” system to the “tabbed multi- dimensional” approach.
