You may access our IT Service Reqest System (SRS) through the myNU employee portal. You may go directly to it using THIS LINK. You will be required to login as you usually login to myNU.

This system will allow you to add additional information to your request after it is opened, including files. You will always be able to go back to the IT part of myNU to get the current status of your request.
