Colleague UI Desktop

Login to UI Desktop - Learn how to login to Colleague, change applications and logout of UI Desktop. Total runtime = 1:37.

Navigating UI Desktop - Discover the various ways to open menus and screens in UI Desktop. Total runtime = 1:50.

Using the Buttons - Learn the different uses for the buttons along the top of the UI Desktop console. Also helpful in learning the proper way to close out of screens depending on whether you want to update the data or exit from the screen without saving any changes. Total runtime = 5:11.

Using Favorites List - Use the Favorites list in UI Desktop to organize and save a list of your most used screens, just like your Favorites or Bookmarks list in a web browser. Please note that the favorites in Desktop are independent from the favorites in Web. Total runtime = 1:32.

Changing Fonts and Field Colors - Change the colors of field backgrounds and texts to your liking! You can also change the font type of your forms, menus, reports and more. Changes made in UI Desktop will not affect UI Web and visa versa. Total runtime = 4:48.

Custom Tab Sequencing - You can change the tab order for screens used to input lots of data. Learn how to skip right over those fields you never use and go directly to the ones you do. These feature is unique to UI Desktop and cannot be replicated in UI Web. Total runtime = 5:47.
