Lake Como, ItalyEach summer, since 2004, ten students from Niagara University’s College of Hospitality and Tourism Management work in nine luxury hotels in Lake Como, located in northern Italy on the border of Switzerland. Among the participating properties are the world-renowned Villa d’Este, commonly called “Hollywood on Lake Como,” located in Cernobbio; and the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni, located in Bellagio, “the jewel of Lake Como.”

Machu Picchu, referred to as the Lost City of the Inca's, was voted in summer 2007 as one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The city was built out of stone approximately 10,500 feet above sea level nestled in the Andean Mountains.
