Housing Costs for 2013-2014
Double/Triple room
Residence Hall: $11,600 per academic year. The university reserves the right to fill all empty beds in each residential area. Students may have the opportunity to “buy out” half-filled double rooms after the start of the fall and spring semesters. The cost is an additional $1,100 per academic year.
Deposits
Students who want to live on campus are required to pay a $100 damage deposit in order to secure their room for the fall. This deposit stays on file until the student leaves on-campus residence in their junior or senior year. Students who want to pay their deposit can do so by clicking here or by going to the Student Accounts website at www.niagara.edu/accounts and click on “Payments” and then on “Pay Housing Deposit.”
