Leadership in Action

This leadership training involved 29 employees from four top properties in Italy.  This training was extremely successful as it developed the Excellence in Customer Service program for the Lake Como Tourism Association.

Working with Disabled Individuals

The National Center for Careers in Hospitality Service worked on development of training programs in Buffalo and Las Vegas.  This comprehensive program prepares individuals with disabilities for a career in the hospitality industry. The disabled community has over a 70% unemployment rate.  The Statler Center has completed 25, thirteen week training programs and their employment rate is now 80+%.

Development Program

This was an 8-week hospitality development training program that introduced the participants to the industry.  After this training, a 90% employment rate was accomplished.

Revenue Optimization

One & Only - Reethi Rah, Republic of Maldives. A revenue management training program for a five star $650.00 ADR resort. The training investment was returned in days.

Supervisory Training

Supervisory training conducted three consecutive years in 5 cities throughout New York State. Received highest ratings of any trainer.

Excellence in Customer Service

Our interactive workshop provides the tools to help your employees/volunteers reduce the frequency and/or severity of the problems encountered, as well as become more proactive in providing a better guest experience.  Improved customer service that lead to increased sales and decreased employee turnover for numerous companies including Premier, New York State's largest wine and spirits retailer.

Business Plan Development

Helped develop a business plan for property renovation and growth.  The project was approved.

Pre-Opening Consultation

During the contract period, the project stayed on budget and on task.

Train the Trainer

A program designed to help teach the hospitality industry to High School Teachers. The Certified Hospitality Instructor (CHI), is a nationally recognized program developed by the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
