Worked on development of training programs, as well as, teaching every cohort group. This comprehensive development training program prepares individuals with disabilities for a career in the hospitality industry.
The disabled community has over a 70% unemployment rate. The Statler Center has completed 25, thirteen-week training programs, and their employment rate is now 85+%.

2006 Travel + Leisure Best Hotel Spa in Europe. This leadership training involved 29 employees from four top properties in Italy. This training was extremely successful as it developed the Excellence in Customer Service program for the Lake Como Tourism Association.
