This leadership training for Villa D'Este involved 29 employees from four top properties in Italy. This training was extremely successful as it developed the Excellence in Customer Service program for the Lake Como Tourism Association.

The National Center for Careers in Hospitality Service worked on development of training programs in Buffalo and Las Vegas. This comprehensive program prepares individuals with disabilities, a community with a 70 percent unemployment rate, for a career in the hospitality industry. The Statler Center has completed 25, 13-week training programs and their employment rate is now 80-plus percent.
This was an 8-week hospitality development training program for the Seneca Nation of Indians that introduced the participants to the industry. After this training, a 90 percent employment rate was accomplished.

Niagara University provided a pre-opening consultation to the owners of the Barton Hill Hotel & Spa in Lewiston, N.Y. During the contract period, the project stayed on task and on budget.
Niagara University implemented a program designed to help teach the hospitality industry to high school teachers. The Certified Hospitality Instructor (CHI) is a nationally-recognized program developed by the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
