A one day ServSafe class will be offered on February 10, 2012 in downtown Niagara Falls, NY (exact location TBA). The class will run from 8am - 4pm, followed by the final exam. Individuals who need to either become recertified, retake the exam, or take the class for the first time, are welcome.
