Organized by International Institute of Buffalo, Great Decisions Discussion Series is a set of dynamic discussions about global issues. Great Decisions discussion on the Caucasus in March 2011 will be led by two speakers: Dr. Scott Hegerty (Canisius) and Dr. Mustafa Gokcek (Niagara University).
