Administration, Faculty, and Staff should submit routine maintenance requests using the on-line service request system called Internet Service Desk (iServiceDesk). A MyNU account is required to access the Internet Service Desk. Use of iServiceDesk will ensure that valid work requests are routed to the appropriate shop. E-mail notifications are sent indicating the status of Work requests such as Accepted, Rejected, and Completed.
Work Order Priorities determine response times.
