Dormitory style rooms with double occupancy. There is also the campus apartment complex, based upon availability.

The residence halls do not have air-conditioning. The apartments have individual climate control units.

Each residence hall room is furnished with two single beds, two desks, chairs, a filing cabinet, and two wardrobe units with hanging and drawer space.

An alarm clock, toiletries, a pillow, bed linens and towels (if not renting from the university), sandals to use in public restrooms, a small fan for warmer weather.

All public areas will be thoroughly cleaned every day and we also request that each guest places garbage outside their room for disposal every morning.

Yes, each hall has laundry facilities that are free to all of our guests.

Yes, each floor has two handicapped-accessible rooms.

Campus Safety will be on call 24 hours a day and will also have a person in the dorm for youth organizations.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available at no charge in the main lounge on the first floor of the residence halls. In-room internet access is also available through ethernet ports.

Yes.  Parking will be made available in our main lot for individual vehicles as well as plenty of bus parking.

Yes.  Each group will be required to purchase a $1 million policy to hold an event on campus.

No.  All bed linens and towels are included in the room rate

Yes.  Niagara University's Sodexo Hospitality Services offers a wide variety of menu items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  In addition, The Gallagher Center also offers specialty stations that serve sandwiches, pizza, chicken fingers, and much more.

All guests who are staying on campus are allowed to use the Kiernan Center.  A $5.00 per day charge will apply per person.

Yes.  All open green space is free to use.  All athletic fields are not available to use without consent from the university.  Additional charges would apply.

Yes.  Motor coach buses have ample space to park at no cost.

Yes.  There are 4 corner rooms on each floor that can accommodate 3 people.  Additional charges will apply.

No, the university will provide each guest with a set of bed linens, pillow and pillow case, blanket, if needed, towel, and washcloth.

No. You will primarily work with one person.

Yes.  Classrooms are available based upon the colleges course schedule.  Room rental rates are qouted based on the entire package.

The largest room to hold a meeting is 200 people.  As an option, the Power Vista is walking distance from campus and can accommodate up to 300 people, theatre style. 
The university also has an arrangement with the Niagara Falls Conference Center to shuttle to/from their facility.
