Reasons to Volunteer

Mission of the Volunteer Center

The ReNU Niagara Volunteer Center is here to:

1) Connect area residents with opportunities to serve
2) Work with agencies to build their capacity to increase volunteers
3) Promote Volunteerism
4) Develop and offer trainings and workshops for volunteers and agencies

Agencies

Looking to connect to volunteers?  The ReNU Niagara Volunteer Center can help you do that! Start by registering your agency with our volunteer center by filling out this form.  Once you fill out this form, you will be added to our website where volunteers can search for opportunities.  If a volunteer is interested in your agency, then an e-mail message will be sent to you, where you can decide if that volunteer is the right fit for you!

(Note: The ReNU Niagara Volunteer Center does not submit potential volunteers to background checks or pre-screening interviews.)

Please feel free to contact the COPC office (716-205-0289) if you have any questions!

Looking for Niagara University students? Contact Niagara University's Learn & Serve Niagara program at (716- 286-8750).

Volunteers

Would you like to deepen your sense of belonging, inspire others and meet new people, while building a better future for the Niagara Region? You can do that by becoming a volunteer in your community!  We have opportunities for adults, couples, families, youth and groups! Use our website to search for volunteer opportunities that interest you or feel free to stop by the ReNU Niagara Office (1816 Main Street).  If you have questions then feel free to contact the ReNU Niagara staff (716-205-0289).
