
Dr. Bernadette Peters and psychology intern Veayla Williams will be offering a weekly walking group where interested faculty, staff and students can meet to walk outdoors around campus for approximately 30-45 minutes while talking about a wellness-related theme, such as stress management.
This group will meet on Fridays beginning April 1 at 11:15 a.m. (meet outdoors in back of Seton Hall, weather permitting). If it is raining, snowing or under 50 degrees, the group will meet outside of Seton briefly to hear about the wellness topic and then proceed to the second floor cardio/machine room in Kiernan Center for a workout.
