How to get started?

  • Fill out the online form
  • A representative from our office will contact you to discuss details
  • Your event is reviewed by our conference team and handles all your request
  • You have a great event!
  • NOTE - there will be facility and room charges associated with your event.

What is needed?

In order to schedule and confirm your event, Niagara University will need:

  • a Certificate of Insurance
  • a signed User Agreement Form
  • a deposit for charges

Definition:

Non-university conferences and external events are programs or activities initiated and organized by any business, individual or community group not encompassed in the organizational structure of the University.

Note For Athletic inquiries or use of gym and field space

Any inquiry that requires facilities of an athletic nature must have approval by that department before any discussion can happen through Conference Service.
