Contact with Non-Qualifier at 2-year college

Question: May a NU coach have face-to-face contact with a prospect who is a non-qualifier while they are in their first year of a two-year college?

Answer: No.  A prospective student-athlete who was not a qualifier as defined in Bylaw 14.02.9.1 and who is enrolled in the first year of a two-year college may not be contacted in person on or off of NU's campus for recruiting purposes by a NU coach.
