Q: Who is my advisor/ I thought my advisor was Myriam Witkowski, Asst. to the Dean?

Q: I want to register on-line but I need to be “unlocked.”  How do I get unlocked?

A: You must schedule a meeting with your faculty advisor to go over your remaining course requirements (program sheet) and to assist you in choosing appropriate courses.  This should be done in the two-week window before your registration date.  Commerce faculty members should have appointment times listed on their doors.  At the conclusion of your appointment, the faculty member will unlock you in the system.

Q:  How can I find out which classes are closed?

A:  The number of remaining seats in a course can be found online in the Records Dept

****************************************************************

Q: If a course is closed, is there any way I can get into that class section?

A: Maybe. If you are a graduating senior, we will find a way to accommodate you. Most courses close at or near the PHYSICAL MAXIMUM NUMBER OF SEATS in a room, so don’t take it personally if you don’t get into a closed course.  If you want to go through the “Force enter” process, you canl get a form from the Records Office and then you will need the signature of the Instructor and the Chair.
