Social Work students at the Undergraduate Research ConferenceNiagara offers many opportunities for students to pursue research opportunities.

Undergraduate Research Conference

The Undergraduate Research Conference is an annual event planned by the Niagara University Honors Program, which highlights student research in both poster and panel presentations.

10 Arts & Sciences students represent NU at the Commission on Independent Colleges and Universities (CICU) inaugural Undergraduate Research Exposition

According To Dr. Preifer:  "On January 22nd, 2008, the Commission on Independent Colleges and Universities (CICU) hosted the inaugural Undergraduate Research Exposition to showcase undergraduate research throughout New York state. Conference attendance was competitive with selection by a panel of CICU faculty. Two science entries, one history and one English abstract were selected from Niagara University."

Fund to Promote Student Research Formed

The Dean, Dr, Nancy McGlen, and her husband created a new fund in 2006 to help foster student research.
