Sophomore year is a time of growth and exploration as you get more in-depth into your major courses, finish some of your general education requirements, get involved on campus, and start to make decisions about your future academic path.

It can also be a time of uncertainty, sometimes called the 'sophomore slump'.    As you begin to grow in your independance, it takes a bit of adjustment, particularly if you find yourself double thinking your major or career choices.

Remember that if you ever need assistance or just want to see how everything fits together you can always contact the Dean's Office or make an appointment to see John Sauter (716) 286-8062 / jps@niagara.edu.
