The student is required to work with his/her supervisor at the place of employment named above (and with any individual designated by the supervisor) performing such reasonable and necessary duties as required.

The nature of the intern's work will be (fill in) ____________________________________________________________. Unless the intern's duties are changed by the supervisor, this will be the core of what Niagara University expects you to do.

Other requirements include:

• A minimum of 150 hours of work in this internship experience per 3-credit course unit.
• Written reports summarizing the student's work experience, at the midsemester and at the end of the internship.
• The intern should request his/her supervisor to submit a written summary of the nature of the intern's work and an assessment of it, at the end of the internship.

The student's grade will be based on the quality of the student's reports and the supervisor's assessment of the student's work.
