Short Courses Online

In association with Education to Go, we offer hundreds of high quality, web-based, short courses in computer applications, Internet, health care, business/entrepreneurial skills, writing, and personal enrichment. Courses are instructor-facilitated, informative, fun, convenient, and highly interactive. They are project-oriented and include lessons, quizzes, hands-on assignments, discussion areas, supplementary links, and more.

All courses run for six weeks, with a two-week grace period at the end. Two lessons are released each week. You do not have to be present when the lesson is released, but you must complete each lesson within two weeks of its release. Certificates - Online

Many programs are preapproved for Workforce Training Funds.

We offer in-depth, career training courses in association with Gatlin Education Services (GES), the world's largest provider of online, instructor-supported training to colleges and universities. You can begin these courses whenever you'd  like since there are no set start dates. These web-based programs are designed to provide the skills necessary to acquire professional caliber positions for many in-demand occupations, all within a three-month time frame. Business and Professional, Healthcare and Fitness, Sustainability and Going Green, Hospitality, Information Technology and Software Development, Management and Corporate, Media and Design, and Skilled Trades and Industrial.

Coursework is completed independently, but instructors are actively involved in the students' online learning experience. They respond to any questions or concerns as well as encouraging and motivating students to succeed. Each program has a set of lessons and tests; grades are a combination of computer-graded tests and the instructor's evaluation of the students' work.
