New to yoga or want to learn more? This course teaches basic yoga stretches and postures that are accessible to all ability levels. In addition, you will learn diaphragmatic breathing and systematic relaxation techniques to reduce tension and calm the nervous system. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
