From the creators of Smokin Eagles BBQ, Robert Giordano & Ro "Honcho" Gregory, bring you outdoor cooking with Dutch Ovens. In this hands-on class we will discuss the history of Dutch Ovens, learn food safety as well as learn about the different types of Dutch Ovens, selection, and proper seasoning techniques. You will also learn how to adapt traditional recipes to cast iron cooking and how to properly care for iron cookware and restoration of old cast iron. Bring your questions and your appetite. We will sample an appetizer, side dish, main dish and dessert at the end of the demonstration.
