A full body workout choreographed to upbeat music. The workout particularly targets arms, "abs", and legs during the floor work (while doing sit-ups, push-ups, squats, etc) with approximately 20 min. of aerobics to easy dances. Please bring a mat and a water bottle. Be prepared to work out the first night of class.
