Learn how to create spectacular floral cakes! Work with fondant, gumpaste, and royal icing as you learn the essentials of making flowers such as the pansy, rose, apple blossom, primrose, daffodil, violet, lily and rosebud. Create dramatic designs using the reverse shell and basket weave. Get ready to impress your family and friends with what you can do! Registration Fee includes student book. Does not include class materials. Class materials may be purchased from regional craft chains.
