Students DO NOT need to order their caps and gowns.

Undergraduate Students

• Caps and gowns can be picked up at the Campus Bookstore beginning Monday, April 15, 2013, and continuing through Saturday, May 11, 2013, during regular business hours.
• The Campus Bookstore is open Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. The Campus Bookstore will be open on Saturday, May 11, 2013, from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Students will need to provide their height and the type of degree they will be receiving when picking up their cap and gown.
• Caps, gowns and hoods are the possession of each graduate and need not be returned.

Graduate Students

• Caps and gowns can be picked up at the Campus Bookstore beginning Monday, April 15, 2013, and continuing through Tuesday, May 7, 2013, during regular business hours.
• After May 7, they may be picked up on Thursday, May 9, 2013, in the Lower Level Gallagher Center beginning at 5 p.m.
• The Campus Bookstore is open Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. 
• Students will need to provide their height and type of degree they will be receiving when picking up their cap and gown.
• Caps, gowns and hoods are the possession of each graduate and need not be returned.

The Campus Bookstore will have non-personalized announcements available in April. Personalized announcements may be ordered online at www.herffjones.com/college/graduation.
