ABOUT THE NEW STUDENT RECORD

The Office of Campus Activities is responsible for the design and distribution of the Niagara University New Student Record (NSR).  The NSR is a publication that contains very useful information and photos about the Niagara campus and the local community.  It also contains mini-bios of the incoming freshman class.  It is a great guide for new students, and a good way to remember new faces as you begin to meet people on campus!

Your inclusion in NSR is totally up to you and free of charge.  If you are an accepted Niagara student before June you will be sent a letter during the summer asking if you would like to be included and if you want to submit a photo.  Most students submit a wallet size senior photo.  Additionally, you will be given the option to purchase a copy of the NSR and may place an order at that time.  Parents/families also have the option to purchase their own copy.  

Distribution of the NSR to students will be during the first day of New Student Orientation  when you arrive on campus.  Copies purchased by parents/families will be sent directly to your home address.  

The NSR  publication is a long-standing tradition at Niagara University for over 25 years.  The Office of Campus Activities design the layout of the book and manage the distribution of the books on campus.  The company we work with, Herff-Jones, manages mailings, compiles the new student photos, and the final printing of the books.
