CA Selection Process and Timeline

New Community Advisor Applicants

Applications will be available on Jan. 16 and are due on Feb. 8 by 5 p.m. New candidate applications areĀ online here.

New applicants must submit one completed reference form. The reference form is available for download here.

All new applicants must attend one of the following informational sessions

  • January 19 at 6 p.m. in the O'Shea Lounge
  • January 23 at 7 p.m. in the Seton Lounge
  • January 26 at 6 p.m. in the Clet Lounge
  • February 6 at 6 p.m. in the O'Shea Lounge
  • February 8 at 5 p.m. in the O'Shea Lounge

All new applicants will be assigned to a group interview on either Feb. 15 or 16 at 7 p.m. Applicants with schedule conflicts should contact Residence Life as soon as possible.

All new applicants will also be scheduled for an individual interview sometime between Feb. 9 and 23. Please note that interviews will now begin as early as Feb. 9. This is a change from the original schedule.

Decision letters will be sent to applicants on March 7, 2012.

Returning Community Advisor Applicants

Applications will be available on Jan. 16 and are due on Feb. 8 by 5 p.m. Returning candidate applications areĀ online here.

Returning Community Advisor Applicants will receive a decision letter on March 7, 2012.

Lead Community Advisor Applicants

The Lead Community Advisor Position is only open to current LCA and CA staff members who plan to return to the staff for the next academic year. Interested students should contact the Assistant Director of Residence Life for more information.
