Oscar F. Steinwachs of Rochester, a 1939 graduate of Niagara University's College of Business Administration has established a $1.5 million scholarship fund for students in the college. Mr. Steinwachs signed a formal agreement establishing the fund in a meeting with the Rev. Joseph L. Levesque, C.M., president of Niagara University.

The first recipients to receive the awards were Robert Dornan, an undergraduate student from Hilton, NY and Rachel Burch, a graduate student from West Seneca, NY for the 2006-2007 academic year.
