Border Community SERVICE, in partnership with CERT members and Boy Scouts participated in the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station Mass Accident Response Exercise (MARE) on June 11.The purpose of this exercise was to simulate a multiple agency emergency response to an aircraft accident.
