A representative from Four Points Sheraton stated, "The only way to avoid the room tax is for the individual to pay for the room(s) with a tax-exempt credit card issued in their own name, or with the organization's check. A valid NYS Tax Exemption form in the same name must be provided at time of check-in.".

Check-in/Check-out: The earliest check-in time is 3 pm. The latest check-out time is noon.

Registration for the conference will be held on Friday from 6 to 9 pm in the Hennepin Room of the hotel. Light refreshments will be available at that time.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and public areas. Violators of this policy will be fined up to $250. Persons who are securing rooms for a group are expected to publicize this policy to all members of the group.
