William H. Cliff

Dr. Cliff joined the faculty in 1992. Previously he was at the Gregory Fleming James Cystic Fibrosis Center at the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he was a research scientist. Dr. Cliff teaches courses in human anatomy and physiology, bioanalytical techniques and cell biology. His research interests include the mechanisms whereby the cells regulate the movement of electrolytes and fluid across the plasma membrane. He is also an adjunct assistant professor in the Department of Physiology at the SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Science.

Dr. Cliff is also actively involved in the construction of electronic case study materials for anatomy and physiology. Go to Human Anatomy and Physiology case study project.
