Connie joined the staff in 1989 bringing to the Biology Department career experience in business and staff management practices along with extensive office skills. She presently is responsible for the day to day office supervision of both Biology and Chemistry.

Doctor Leonard graduated with a Bachelors in Arts (Magna Cum Laude) from Lawrence Unversity in 1974. She obtained her Ph.D. in Genetics from Cornell University in 1979. She joined the Niagara Staff in 2000. She currently teaches pharmacology and special topics courses.
