Bio

Raised in southern New York's Hudson Valley, Dr. Peter J. Baxter pursued his degree work at the University at Buffalo where he received two undergraduate degrees, a Master's, a Juris Doctorate, and a Ph.D. His greatest interest is in effective teaching and advisement across majors and colleges. Voted one of the 10 best academic advisers in the United States, Dr. Baxter continues his work through Niagara University's Pre-Law Advisement Program, the new major in Law & Jurisprudence and in connection with the Department of Political Science.
