The Kiernan Center, Niagara’s student recreation center, is the hub for the university’s popular intramural, recreational, and health and wellness programs. It offers fully-equipped weight rooms, aerobics areas, an indoor track, saunas, basketball and racquetball courts, and a six-lane pool. Our active intramurals program includes numerous teams participating in organized tournaments for over a dozen sports.
