NU encourages all men and women whose aptitude and demonstrated achievement in high school or college give evidence of their ability to successfully complete the various University programs, to apply for admission. All Applicants:
A) If you do not already have a portal account, this is a two part process. fill out the first inquiry portion to create and account and then hit submit. Afterwords you will see the application option available to the left, finish out the application and then hit submit again.
B) If you have a portal account, login and select apply from the options in the left hand menu and complete the application.
Print the Application Agreement Statement that appears after you submit the application. Return it with a nonrefundable application fee of $30, payable to Niagara University. Please make sure that your name (applicant's name) and Social Security number are clearly written on the check or money order.

Freshmen Applicants:
Request that your high school academic record and principal's or counselor's recommendation be added to Part II, and that the entire form be forwarded to the Office of Admissions.
If the results of your SAT I and/or ACT are not part of your transcript, make arrangements to have them forwarded to NU.
Letters of recommendation and personal statements are an optional part of this application. All information submitted will be reviewed. These items can be forwarded to the Admissions Office under separate cover.
Transfer Applicants:
Make arrangements to have an official copy of your high school transcript and, if appropriate, an official copy of your High School Equivalency Test results (GED records) forwarded directly to the Office of Admissions.
Request that an official transcript from each college you have attended be forwarded directly to the Admissions Office.
If appropriate, use Part II (Courses in Progress) to list courses you are currently taking this year.
