Basic room rates for double and triple occupancy rooms is
$4,875.00 per semester or $9750.00 for the year.
The following are additional fees that may be applicable to students based on their room selection:
Designed Single: Additional $450.00 per semester
Designated Single: Additional $550.00 per semester
Damage Deposit: $100.00 charged to incoming residents and refunded upon withdrawal from housing
2008 Summer Residents will be charged at the rate of $335.00 per week.
Board Plans (Included in Standard Room and Board Charges, does not apply to students residing in Student Apartments)
- Up to 16 entrances per week with a $100.00 declining balance account and 8 guest tickets per semester
- Up to 12 entrances per week with a $175.00 declining balance account and 6 guest tickets per semester
- Up to 10 entrances per week with a $225.00 declining balance account and 4 guest tickets per semester
*All students are automatically placed on the 10 entrances, $225.00 declining balance. If you would like to change your board plan you may do so during the first two weeks of the semester in Clet Dining Hall or from their MyNU account.
Commuter Meal Plans
- Up to 30 entrances per semester with a $200 declining balance $435.00 per semester
- Up to 60 entrances per semester with a $200 declining balance $615.00 per semester
- Up to 100 entrances per semester with a $250 declining balance $680.00 per semester
- Up to 60 entrances per semester with a $400 declining balance $815.00 per semester
