Mr. Alfonso Oddo, M.B.A., CPA
Professor Emeritus of Accounting
Professor Oddo joined the faculty in 1972. He is a professor emeritus of accounting. He received his CPA from New York State in 1971 and his master of business administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1976.
His publications include numerous journal articles and conference presentations in accounting and tax, innovative education methods, active and service-learning projects, business ethics, and international accounting issues.

Service and Awards
Professor Oddo is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of CPAs, the Institute of Management Accountants, and the American Accounting Association. He received the Sears Roebuck Award for teaching excellence and campus leadership, the Vincentian Mission Award, and the College of Business Excellence in Teaching Award.
